• You will have better digital skills than people from other schools = better internships + jobs
• You will enjoy the changes  + innovations in the hospitality industry

Class Sessions = mentor-led workshops - Not lectures YOU build something each week

• Online business development Concepts = savoir faire - the desire to delight, empathy H2H
• Platforms - each week a new tool - presentation ability; collaboration platforms, new tools

Working Together

1. Brief Homework - Research a definition for the next session's concept
• In YOUR OWN words, define the concept - NO copy-paste
• Find an image that expresses your idea of the concept
• Submit your homework link - form in the online classroom
2. In Class - I will share examples of the concept 'best practices' as used by industry leaders
3. In Class - Team Work - you will research concept application and analyze positive and negative features
4. In Class - your work - to show your research and analysis, you will build a presentation on w NEW platform each week
5. Post your presentation in your blog + submit the link to that specific blog link on the form.

Feeling lost?  Help Options

• Research online = YouTube = great
• P2P = ask someone in class, everyone knows something
• In class - I am there to help, help you solve problems - last 20 minutes of each session = all questions + help
• Email - last resort - I can only answer emails on Saturdays, when possible - email is NOT a good help source. Sorry.
